Wow, I could not imagine that this would be picked up and accepted by the Internet community so quickly. What’s funny is that I didn’t even have any intention of spreading the video in the first place, that’s why it’s been on my YouTube account since the beginning of February pretty much unwatched. Either way, I’m very happy that all of this happened since I now feel much more confident about making a reality out of Sound of Silence, and it’s all thanks to you!
I’ve received hundreds of e-mails from people who want to volunteer and help out, so I’ve been spending most of my free time making sure to read every single one of them. Sorry if I can’t respond to all of you, but do know that I am very grateful for every single e-mail that I’ve gotten from you!
At the moment, I’m waiting for the current semester to end so that I can fully focus on this project and truly get the ball rolling. I’ve heard Kickstarter be mentioned over and over again by people, but I wish to clarify that I have no intention of making a Kickstarter project before I have a fully functional alpha build to show to everyone. I’d hate to be one of those guys that literally only has an idea to show and asks for money , I’d just feel guilty about doing that right now.
So once again, thanks for the interest and well wishing, I’ll make sure to not let you down. I’ll most likely be using this blog as my primary channel of communication, Twitter is to small and YouTube feels rather impractical having to make a new video every single update. Either way, stick around!
